Why accounts go red

An account can go red over paperwork, even when your crews work safely. Here are five reviewer notes we fix, and what we do about each one.

The reviewer’s note
What we do
Program does not address prompt rescue after a fall (29 CFR 1926.502(d)(20)).
We add the missing element, written for how your crews actually work.
Program does not name the competent person who trains employees on fall hazards (29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)).
We name the roles and duties based on how your company is run.
Questionnaire answers do not match the written programs.
We answer from your documents, so the two agree.
Certificate of insurance does not list the hiring client as additional insured.
We ask your broker for a corrected certificate and upload it.
OSHA 300A summary is not certified by a company executive (29 CFR 1904.32).
We prepare the summary from your OSHA 300 log for your executive to sign, then enter the numbers.

What we handle on your account

We handle the whole account, so your programs, questionnaire answers and numbers tell the same story.

Written safety programs

Fall protection (29 CFR 1926 Subpart M), hazard communication (1910.1200), lockout/tagout (1910.147), respiratory protection (1910.134), confined spaces (1910.146 and 1926 Subpart AA) and the others your work requires.

Questionnaires

ISNetworld’s Management System Questionnaire (MSQ), Avetta’s prequalification form and similar questionnaires, answered from your real practices and kept in line with your programs.

Insurance documents

Certificates of insurance and workers’ comp letters. We ask your broker for updated ones before they expire.

Injury and hours stats

Quarterly and annual numbers from your OSHA 300 and 300A forms and your EMR letter, entered on time.

Training records

Who needs which training, and the records each platform asks for, kept current.

Client requirements

The extra forms and programs a hiring client adds on top of the standard ones.

How it works

Everything happens by email, so every question, answer and document is in writing.

  1. 1Today

    Send us the notice

Forward the deficiency notice or a screenshot of your account, and tell us the platform and the hiring client.

  2. 2Within one business day

    Get your free quote

We reply with what needs fixing and a fixed price. For a new account, we first ask for your client’s requirements. Nothing starts until you say yes.

  3. 3Within 3 business days

    Review the drafts

Once we have your information, we send the drafts. Mark up anything that doesn’t match how you work, and we change it.

  4. 4After you approve

    We submit and follow up

You add us as a separate user, so you never share your password. We upload the documents, watch the review and handle any revision.

What you get

Every draft comes with a list of what changed and why. On Keep Green, you also get a short report each month.

A revision summary with every draft

Each change is listed with the OSHA rule it meets, so you can see what we changed and why. Sample.

A monthly report in plain English

What changed, what’s coming up and whether we need anything from you. Sample email for a fictional company.

Rejected? We fix it free.
Still rejected? You get your money back for it.

No one can honestly promise what a reviewer will decide. So our promise covers the part we control, the documents we write, and it is written into our terms.

From our terms of service

If a reviewer rejects a document we wrote, we revise it at no charge. If it is still not accepted, we refund what you paid for that document.

Read the terms

Your account stays yours

We’re independent. We work for contractors, not for the platforms or the hiring clients.

  • You add us as a separate user. We never ask for your password.
  • We only enter information you give us or approve.
  • You approve every document before we submit it, and you can remove our access whenever you like.
  • Your documents stay private, and we delete them when you ask.

Questions and answers

Are you part of ISNetworld, Avetta or Veriforce?

No. We’re an independent company that works for contractors. Those names are trademarks of their owners.

Can you guarantee approval?

No one honestly can, because the reviewer and your hiring client decide. We guarantee our own work: a free revision, then a refund for any document we wrote that still isn’t accepted.

Is it allowed to add you to our ISNetworld account?

Yes. ISNetworld’s user agreement allows users who are employees or independent contractors working for your company, and it does not allow sharing passwords. That is why you add us as a separate user instead of giving us your login.

Can you fix a low grade caused by our injury rates or EMR?

We can’t change those numbers. We make sure they are entered correctly from your OSHA 300 logs and EMR letter.

Will the programs fit how we actually work?

Each program is built around what you tell us about your work, equipment and crews, and the OSHA standards that apply. You read and approve every program before it goes in, because your team is the one that follows it.

What will you need from me?

The notice or a screenshot, a short questionnaire about your work, any programs you already have, your insurance broker’s contact, your OSHA 300 logs and your EMR letter. We tell you exactly what’s missing.

How fast is it?

We reply within one business day. Drafts arrive within 3 business days of getting your information. For a new account setup, the timeline is in your quote.

How do I pay?

We send an invoice by email. You can pay by card or bank transfer. Keep Green is billed monthly.

Can I call you?

We work by email only, so you have a written record of every step.

Which trades is this for?

Electrical, mechanical, industrial maintenance, utility, traffic control, environmental and other trades that work for clients using these platforms.

Can I cancel Keep Green?

Yes, any time. It stays active until the end of your billing month.

Terms of service

Last updated November 2, 2026

1. The service

Greenlight Prequal is an independent service operated by a Wyoming limited liability company. We prepare and maintain prequalification documents and account information for contractors, based on the information the contractor provides.

2. Your responsibilities

3. Outcomes and our guarantee

Grades and approvals are decided by the platforms and your hiring clients, so we do not guarantee them. If a reviewer rejects a document we wrote, we revise it at no charge. If it is still not accepted, we refund what you paid for that document. For a one-time order, each document or reviewer note in the order counts as an equal share of its price. For Keep Green, a document counts as the fee for the month in which we wrote it.

4. What we are not

We are not affiliated with ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce or any hiring client, and our work is not legal advice.

5. Fees

We quote a fixed price before any work starts. Keep Green is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; it stays active until the end of your billing month.

6. Confidentiality

We keep your documents and information confidential and use them only to provide the service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
